What youll bring:

3.5-4.5 years of experience in formulating business problems into scalable & insightful

products through descriptive and inquisitive analytics techniques, capable of

extracting meaningful insights from data to inform decision-making

Experience designing, measuring and tracking Product KPIs

Experience working with click stream data, events instrumentation and operating

any event management tools (like Mixpanel / Amplitude etc)

Experience in conducting various product analyses including conversion rate

optimisations, funnel analysis, adoption rate optimisation, user journey within the

product, feature optimization etc.

Experience with at least one of the BI tools (e.g. Tableau / Power BI / ThoughtSpot)

and data visualization and data story telling

Experience with at least one of the programming languages (Python / Pyspark)

Strong working knowledge of SQL and excel

Experience with extracting data from APIs will be a plus

Data pipeline building and advanced automation experience will be a plus

Experienced in crafting compelling narratives and visualizations to effectively

communicate complex data insights to diverse stakeholders, including non-

technical audiences.
