Senior Process Specialist - Financial Planning And Analysis

•Financial Planning & Forecasting:

•Assist in the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

•Work with business partners to gather input and assumptions for forecasts.

•Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, and provide explanations for the variances.

•Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

•Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

•Develop and maintain dashboards to track financial performance.

•Provide insights and recommendations to business partners based on financial analysis.

•Work with business partners to understand their financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

•Prepare presentations and reports for business partners.

•Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A processes.

•Develop and implement process improvements.

•Document FP&A processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

•3-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and macros.

•Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Power BI).

•Excellent communication and presentation skills.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
