Job summary
Reporting executive is responsible for providing workday reporting related requests on creating adhoc reporting queries in workday support with workday reporting related releases and resolve queries/ issues pertaining to workday reports
Responsibilities
Deep expertise in Workday reporting framework and Business Intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI
Demonstrable advanced experience in presentation development PowerPoint
Demonstrable advanced analytics expertise in Excel and dashboard development
Strong interactive experience and acknowledge of how to confidently present data-centric topics to spectrums of audiences
Partner with peers to design and build WD dashboards that support strategic goals
Apply expertise in data and analysis and translate complex issues into actionable insights
Provide WD reporting and analytical support to various stakeholders across the People leadership team
Create maintain and improve the efficiency and automation of reporting and analytics processes
Work and collaborate closely with HR Specialists and ensure that all employees have the necessary training information and resources to maximize their productivity.
Experience in workday reporting role in a HR shared service center environment.
Requirement
Graduate or Master degree in Human Resources or equivalent
With overall 4 plus years of work experience in Workday Reporting around HR processes
Open to work in US Night shifts
Certifications Required
Workday certification (preferred)
