Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Process Executive - HC with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HealthCare Products and a strong background in Revenue Cycle Management and Accounts Receivables. This hybrid role requires night shifts and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our healthcare operations.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle processes to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.Analyze and resolve complex accounts receivable issues to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.Provide support and guidance to junior team members in handling healthcare product-related tasks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in revenue cycle management.Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies in all revenue cycle activities.Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain data integrity and accuracy in accounts receivables.Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall effectiveness of the revenue cycle management process.Utilize healthcare product knowledge to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Prepare and present reports on revenue cycle performance to senior management.Support the implementation of new healthcare products and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
