Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Process Executive - HC with 1 to 5 years of experience in HealthCare Products Revenue Cycle Management and Accounts Receivables. The role involves working in a hybrid model with night shifts. The ideal candidate will contribute to optimizing healthcare processes and ensuring efficient revenue cycle management.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle management process to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.
  • Provide expertise in healthcare products to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze accounts receivables to identify trends and implement strategies to reduce outstanding balances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing and collection issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all revenue cycle management procedures.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to track the effectiveness of revenue cycle processes.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in revenue cycle management and accounts receivables.
  • Utilize healthcare product knowledge to support the implementation of new systems and tools.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity in billing and collections.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address any concerns related to billing and payments.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of revenue cycle management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to ensure compliance.

  • Possess a strong understanding of healthcare products and their applications in revenue cycle management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in accounts receivables and strategies to optimize collections.
  • Have excellent analytical skills to identify and address issues in the revenue cycle process.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Show proficiency in using relevant software and tools for revenue cycle management.
  • Be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in billing and collections processes.
  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.
  • Be adaptable to night shifts and demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively.
