Job Description
YOUR FUTURE ROLE: Global Services Centre of Excellence- TaaS - Test Manager
- Lead the development of Oracle Consulting’s Validation and Testing services proposition, ensuring effective approach, frameworks and toolkits to deliver successful customer focused delivery and outcomes.
- Collaboration across Oracle Consulting region management to align Testing and Validation approach and services in customer engagements - ensuring effective customer engagement during implementation and during ongoing Cloud Application updates and releases.
- Collaboration with Consulting teams to ensure effective delivery across Systems Integration Testing, Functional Acceptance Testing and Solution Validation (User Acceptance Testing).
- Take a key role in building up and driving the Validation Services.
- Mature the Oracle Consulting Validation (Testing) skills and establish a customer focussed test management culture
- Lead by example and be a natural accepted mentor for the Oracle Consulting project managers.
