We are looking for an experienced Senior PLC Programmer to lead advanced industrial automation projects and drive system reliability, safety, and performance excellence.

What Youll Be Doing

Design, program & configure PLC systems for industrial automation

Develop ladder logic, structured text & function block programs

Integrate PLCs with HMI, SCADA, robotics, drives & field instruments

Implement motion control, PID tuning & synchronized sequencing

Handle commissioning, FAT/SAT & production start-ups

Conduct root cause analysis & implement corrective actions

Standardize automation libraries & documentation

Ensure compliance with ISO, IEC & plant safety standards

Lead automation improvements & performance optimization initiatives

Technical Expertise Required

Experience working with:

• Siemens
• Allen-Bradley
• Mitsubishi
• Delta
• Schneider

Strong knowledge of:

• Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, CAN
• Multi-PLC architecture
• Robotics integration
• Advanced HMI systems
• Industrial safety & fail-safe systems
