Education: B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, VLSI.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Physical Design Engineer with 5+ years of experience in ASIC physical design and implementation. The candidate should have strong knowledge of the complete physical design flow from floorplanning to signoff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform floorplanning, placement, CTS, routing, and timing closure.
• Work on full chip and block level physical design implementation.
• Handle timing analysis and closure using industry tools.
• Work closely with STA, RTL, and verification teams for design optimization.
• Perform power, performance, and area (PPA) optimization.
• Ensure DRC, LVS, and physical verification signoff.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in ASIC Physical Design flow.
• Hands-on experience with Synopsys ICC2 / Cadence Innovus.
• Knowledge of STA tools like PrimeTime or Tempus.
• Experience in advanced technology nodes (28nm / 16nm / 7nm / 5nm).
• Good understanding of low power design techniques.
