Role: Media Buyer/Performance Marketer

Location: On-Site (Bengaluru)

Salary: 50,000-70,000 (Fixed, per month) + Bonus

Experience: 3-9 years preferred (Talent over Tenure)

Zeniqx is a creative-led performance powerhouse built exclusively for D2C brands. We engineer growth across social media, paid performance, influencer ops, and high-conversion funnels->fast.

Weve scaled brands from 1.5L to 1.5CR/month, built a fashion label (Indina) from scratch, and hit 4x ROAS in 90 days.

Now we want a performance marketer whos allergic to average and knows how to make creative and numbers work together.

Outcomes Youll Own (First 36 Months)

• Scale revenue for D2C clients 3 while holding blended ROAS 3.5
• Slice CAC by 25% through brutal creative and targeting tests
• Help take at least 2 brands from 0 to 10L/month in under 90 days
• Partner with creatives to ship scroll-stopping content weekly
