Key Responsibilties:

Manage end-to-end Indian payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including Provident Fund (PF) and related payroll compliances.
Perform payroll analytics and reporting to support operational and financial insights.
Work hands-on with company-owned/in-house payroll systems in a fast-paced operational environment.
