Inviting applications for the role of UK Payroll Senior Manager!

In this role, [In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll administration for UK employees, ensuring all statutory requirements are met, and maintaining accurate payroll records and managing the payroll team, capacity and stakeholder ship]

Responsibilities

Managing a Team including Supervisor, Senior Analyst & Analysts for EMEA.

Hiring/ recruiting Team members

Responsible for Payroll policy and operating procedures, in Contract and function and processing

Overseeing payroll accounting including general ledger and journal postings

Working with HR & Benefits on all aspects of Employee comp data, benefits

Working closely with tax advisors on Expats/ Taxes and Year End Processes

Reviewing and approving payroll transactions and signing off payrolls for the managed entities

Ensure full Statutory Compliance, Data Security and Confidentiality.

Ensure accurate calculation of statutory payments, such as, SSP, SMP, SPP withheld Taxes, statutory reporting

Supervise and coordinate all payroll activities to ensure that all payroll related responsibilities are delivered

Initiate, plan, execute and check the payroll process with accurate, timely and consistent results

Key stakeholder and oversight of all EMEA payroll projects which are payroll impacting

Acting as point of contact for escalated queries for directs and assisting with payroll related issues Employees, HR, Business Leads and Vendors

Working closely and managing relationship with Finance and HR, as well as third party vendors

Manage and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure an accurate, compliant and timely processed payroll.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Any Bachelors degree, Post Graduation or Commerce (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

SAP ECC 6 system payroll data entry and reporting

Fast and accurate data entry, with excellent attention to detail

To manage priorities while working to sensitive payroll deadlines and collaborate at all levels across the business

Good Excel skills (Pivot tables, v-look up)

Some understanding of Payroll Accounting practices and procedures

Working towards CIPP Technician certificate or equivalent

Good understanding of employment law and tax regulations and the application to payroll procedures

UKG, Workday, Country Vendor Tools, ERP Tools etc.
