Job Title: Package Specialist - Siebel Consultant

Contract Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Conversion to Full Time)

Location: Subramanya Arcade, Bengaluru (100% On-Site)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Siebel Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Siebel core architecture and Siebel Innovation Pack (IP) upgrades. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end Siebel environments and executing complex upgrade strategies.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of Siebel multi-tier architecture (Web Server, AI, Siebel Server, Gateway, Database).
• Expertise in Siebel Enterprise configuration, naming services, profiles, and component groups.
• In-depth knowledge of Siebel Repository architecture and metadata-driven framework.
• Hands-on experience with Siebel IP upgrades (2015 2017/2019 2024/2025).
• Ability to handle deprecated features, obsolete objects, and upgrade impact analysis.
• Experience with R/F Sync, conflict resolution, and repository validation.
• Define and execute upgrade strategies (in-place vs out-of-place).

Preferred Candidate:

• Strong problem-solving skills, upgrade planning expertise, and experience in large-scale Siebel implementations within telecom/communication domains.
