Job Title: Maximo Developer

Role Overview
The consultant will lead functional efforts on the Oracle EBS side during the transition to BY WMS. This includes managing configurations, integrations, and functional specifications across SCM modules—primarily OM, PO, and WMS. The role demands deep expertise in Oracle EBS R12, hands-on experience with WMS integrations, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless migration and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead functional design and configuration of Oracle EBS SCM modules (OM, PO, WMS). 
•    Collaborate with technical teams to support integration between Oracle EBS and BY WMS. 
•    Prepare and review functional documentation including MD50, BR100, TE40, and user guides. 
•    Support testing phases including unit testing, UAT, and cutover activities.
•    Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues post-go-live.
•    Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS configurations.
•    Train end-users and prepare training materials for new processes and systems.

Required Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
•    12+ years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM modules with strong focus on OM, PO, and WMS.
•    Proven track record of at least 3–4 full-cycle implementations and upgrade projects.
•    Expertise in Oracle EBS WMS configurations and integration with distribution modules (Inventory, BOM, WIP).
•    Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
•    Experience in writing and reviewing functional specs, test scripts, and training documents.
•    Familiarity with OUM methodology and CEMLI lifecycle.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
