Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Oracle Database Specialist located in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Bangalore. The specialist will be responsible for managing the performance, security, and integrity of Oracle databases. Tasks include database administration, designing databases, creating data models, and ensuring optimal database performance. Collaborating with teams to address analytical requirements and performing troubleshooting and optimization will also be key priorities. Additionally, the role may involve implementing database upgrades and ensuring data consistency across systems.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Oracle Database Administration, RAC, DataGuard, Golden Gate...
• Strong skills in Database Design, Data Modeling, and overall database architecture
• Proficient knowledge of Databases and practical experience with their implementation
• Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to solve complex database issues
• Proficiency with Oracle tools and technologies is highly preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• BS/BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience as a database specialist or in a related role
