Self-Service & Workflow Configuration: Approval Workflows, Notifications.
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC):
Recruiting & Onboarding
Absence Management:
Absence Types, Plans, Reasons, Certifications, Fast Formulas
Oracle Time and Labor (OTL):
Time Entry Layouts, Time Calculation Rules, Time Categories, Web Clock, Approval Workflows (BPM)
Compensation Management:
