Core HR:

Enterprise & Workforce Structures Setup: Legal Entities, Business Units, Jobs, Positions, Grade.

HCM Security Management: Security Roles, Security Profiles, Areas of Responsibility.

Self-Service & Workflow Configuration: Approval Workflows, Notifications.

Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC):

Recruiting & Onboarding

Absence Management:

Absence Types, Plans, Reasons, Certifications, Fast Formulas

Oracle Time and Labor (OTL):

Time Entry Layouts, Time Calculation Rules, Time Categories, Web Clock, Approval Workflows (BPM)

Compensation Management:

Workforce Compensation, Base Pay, Grades, Salary Basis, Compensation Cycles

Talent Management:

Performance Management, Career Development, Succession Planning

Technical Skills:

Fast Formulas, Oracle BPM (Workflow Configuration), HCM System Configuration, Testing Support.

Completed at least 2 implementation projects on the above-mentioned mandatory skills and should be an independent contributor.

Candidates should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops.
