Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Operator CPaaS Architect to design and deliver scalable communication platform solutions. This role focuses on architecting high-performance CPaaS systems, enabling seamless integrations with OSS/BSS ecosystems, and ensuring secure, resilient communication services across multiple messaging and voice channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable CPaaS communication platforms across SMS, Voice, Video, Chat, RCS, WhatsApp, Viber, and other messaging channels
• Develop robust communication solutions deployed across on-premise and cloud environments
• Ensure seamless integration with customer OSS/BSS systems following industry best practices
• Architect highly secure, resilient platforms capable of handling mission-critical workloads and rapid scaling
• Define architecture standards for billing, reporting, charging, and communication workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and reliable communications infrastructure
• Contribute to continuous improvement of system architecture, processes, and platform efficiency

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven experience as an Architect, Engineer, or IT Business/Functional Analyst within CPaaS or related telecom domains
• Strong knowledge of Billing, Reporting, Charging, Messaging, and Communication platforms
• Expertise in architecting solutions for multi-channel communication platforms (SMS, Voice, RCS, WhatsApp, Viber, etc.)
• Familiarity with modern technology stacks including Cloud, APIs, Big Data, AI/ML, DevOps, SDLC, and event-driven architectures
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and integration design
• Knowledge of security standards, data privacy, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
• Experience with developer tools, SDKs, and API documentation is a plus
• Ability to drive business outcomes such as customer experience improvements, cost optimization, and innovation
• Experience working with global teams and distributed environments
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
