Senior Operations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead and manage end-to-end operations across multiple businesses in India and overseas markets . The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, discipline, strategic execution, and operational excellence , preferably from an Indian Army or Defence background .

This role requires hands-on involvement, cross-border coordination, and the ability to manage teams, processes, and stakeholders with precision and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple business verticals in India and international markets
• Drive process optimization, efficiency, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Manage cross-functional teams , vendors, and partners across locations
• Ensure smooth coordination with overseas stakeholders, partners, and business units
• Monitor operational KPIs, budgets, timelines, and compliance
• Lead risk management, crisis handling, and contingency planning
• Implement performance discipline, reporting structures, and governance frameworks
• Support leadership with strategic planning and execution

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Ex-Army / Defence Services officer (Retired / VRS) preferred
• Strong experience in operations management, administration, or logistics
• Exposure to overseas operations or international business coordination
• High level of integrity, discipline, and accountability
