Job Description
Role & Responsibilities :
Business Development- Seller/Brand Onboarding, Selection/Assortment Improvement.
Relationship Management- Maintain terms with Key internal Stakeholders, Brands & Sellers.
Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales & demand. (Daily/ Weekly) & Managing Marketplace monthly Sales Plan.
Category Understanding- 360-degree view and understanding of the category.
Customer NPS- Manage Customer NPS by delivering high-quality products and experiences.
Monitoring, and improving operational Matrix-like O2S, EDD and perfect order and seller performance.
Analyse Event and Non-Event Sales Data, Forecast and Plan, for Future Demand.
Close BAU and event pricing and support for DOD and other weekly sales properties.
Negotiation with Vendors for Key tie-ups and additional support for Inventory Business.
Maintain an optimum level of inventory from the sellers at multiple locations. Follow up with sellers to ensure healthy inventory fill ratio.
Manage and meet top-line targets for the assigned accounts.
Coordinate with Promotion Ops, Finance, Operations, Logistics Stakeholders.
Skillset Required:
1-3 years of experience in E-commerce Business Roles.
Strong at data-driven decision-making.
Strong Follow up skills with internal and external stakeholders
Strong experience of task management and handling competing priorities.
Software Skill Required:
MS office (MS Excel, PowerPoint) – Very good / Strong
Basic Understanding of ERP/Seller portal
Jira / Fresh Service (Any ticket raising Portal experience)
