Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Motion Graphics Designer who can create high-quality animated and shoot-based videos.

The ideal candidate should be an independent thinker who can transform ideas into compelling visual stories using motion graphics, illustration, and modern AI-powered creative tools.

Key Responsibilities

Create marketing videos for:

• Social media campaigns
• Course promotions
• Brand storytelling
• Ad creatives
• Product or program launches
• Create explainer animations that communicate ideas in a simple and engaging way.
• Design custom illustrations and visual elements to support storytelling.
• Use AI tools to accelerate creative production, generate concepts, and enhance visuals.
• Collaborate with the team to turn scripts and ideas into engaging visual narratives.
• Maintain a consistent visual style for BuildAmbit content.
• Suggest creative concepts for marketing campaigns and video storytelling.

Types of Videos Youll Create

Social media marketing videos

Promotional videos

Short-form content (Reels / Shorts / Ads)

Illustration-based explainers

Brand storytelling videos

Educational concept explainers

Required Skills

Motion graphics (After Effects preferred)

Illustration (Illustrator / Figma / similar tools)

Editing (Adobe Premier)

Video storytelling, editing and pacing

Experience creating marketing videos

Strong sense of design and visual communication

AI Tools (Preferred)

Experience using AI tools for faster and more creative production, such as:

Runway

Midjourney / Stable Diffusion

Adobe Firefly

ChatGPT / AI script assistance

AI voice or video generation tools
