Job Description
- Review allocated proposals and non-standard referrals and deliver underwriting decision following agreed process at the designated authority level in order to secure profitable business within the agreed risk appetite.
- Managing customer interaction, internally as well externally, in an efficient, courteous and timely manner to deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Support of sales team in line with business requirements across all allocated portfolios. Support developing consolidating relationship with channel partner
- Contribute to the development of segment and local prepositions and sales/marketing plans.
- Training of internal team members & Intermediaries and client
- Maintain an effective and proportionate business control environment in line with internal policy and external regulatory requirements.
- Lead and contribute to technical audits.
