Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Project Management of product-based solutions Implementation and delivery.
Manage stakeholder communication, monitoring & reporting on project progress to internal and external leadership.

Identify and mitigate risks proactively; implement contingency plans.

Develop and maintain project documentation (WBS, RAID logs, timelines, budgets).

Ensure budget consumption, and timelines & focus on Delivery quality index.

Ensure high-quality deliverables through close collaboration with developers, architects, BA and QA.
-
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and performance metrics.
-
Participate in review of business requirements, design documents.
-
Closely work with customers, provide best industry practices to customers on Genpact Digital products.

Own customer satisfaction and build a long-term relationship with key customers.
