Job Description
The Customer Excellence Advisory Lead (CEAL) aims to enable customers to fully leverage their data by offering top-tier architectural guidance and design expertise. As part of the Oracle Analytics Service Excellence organization, our team includes Solution Architects who specialize in Oracle Analytics Cloud and Server. Our main goal is to ensure the successful adoption of Oracle Analytics.
We engage with customers and partners globally, building trust in Oracle Analytics. We also collaborate with Product Management to enhance product offerings and share our insights through blogs, webinars, and demonstrations.
This role is crucial for any enterprise aiming to fully leverage Oracle Analytics Cloud and Server, ensuring that their business users not only adapt to but also thrive in a data-driven environment.
