About the Role

Kumbhasathala Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager Real Estate to lead real estate operations, drive sales strategy, manage property portfolios, and ensure revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record in real estate sales, business development, and property management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute real estate growth strategies aligned with company objectives

Identify new business opportunities and investment prospects

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic conditions

Sales & Business Development

Drive revenue targets and oversee high-value property transactions

Build strong relationships with investors, developers, brokers, and clients

Lead negotiations for acquisitions, leasing, and sales agreements

Oversee marketing strategies for property listings and launches

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers, agents, and support staff

Set performance targets and conduct regular reviews

Foster a high-performance and customer-focused culture

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)

8+ years of experience in real estate sales, property management, or development

Proven leadership and team management experience

Strong negotiation and communication skills

In-depth understanding of property laws, market analysis, and financial modeling

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Real estate license (if required by local regulations)
