Billing ConfiguraƟon & ImplementaƟon ● Configure and implement billing fundamentals including: ● New pay plan setup (Account Plan and Policy Plan) ● Payment processing ● Invoice generaƟon ● Follow-up acƟviƟes, disbursements, and installment schedules ● Agency Billing and Direct Billing ● Commissions management ● Technical Development & CustomizaƟon ● Develop and implement custom soluƟons for Duck Creek Billing using XML, XSLT, CSS, and SQL. ● Write and opƟmize SQL scripts and stored procedures for data management and reporƟng. ● Debug and customize XSL files for billing workflows and UI transformaƟons. ● Configure and customize Duck Creek Billing for Direct Billing, Payments, Commissions, and re_x0002_lated funcƟonaliƟes. ● IntegraƟon & Interoperability ● Integrate Duck Creek Billing with external systems using SOAP/REST web services. ● Manage payment plans, schedules, invoice generaƟon, reminders, and PCNs. ● Business CollaboraƟon ● Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and document customer needs from a business soluƟons perspecƟve. ● Ensure smooth configuraƟon and customizaƟon during Duck Creek Billing implementaƟons.
