Responsibilities

Architecture & Implementation: Define and implement scalable and secure AEP CDP architecture.

Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of developers, architects, and analysts.

Data Integration: Oversee integration of various data sources to create unified customer profiles.

Customer Identity Management: Manage the identity resolution process for enriched customer insights.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with marketing, analytics, and IT to align AEP with business goals for customer segmentation and personalization.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

Martech Integration: Integrate AEP CDP with other Adobe tools and the marketing technology stack.

Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize AEP platform usage.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with Adobe and other vendors for timely feature and support delivery.
