Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle E2E bid and presales activity
- Project planning to ensure closure of growth initiatives
- Resource & cross functional team management
- Timely closure of growth initiatives
- Stakeholder management and inter BU communications
- Strategic support; incl. and not limited to reporting and status monitoring for cross SGU &/or IMU leadership initiatives
- Adhoc support for growth initiatives, in terms of, solution whiteboarding, and thought leadership
- Mentoring of Junior resources
Required Skills
- Preferable to have U.S. Healthcare knowledge
- Leadership & accountability
- Strong communication and command on the subject in-hand
- Organizational skills
- Critical thinking and time management
- Technical skills Proficient in MS office tools (Word, PPT, Excel)
- Ability to conceptualize and ideate; and envision growth path in an ever evolving U.S. healthcare landscape
- Willingness to learn and grind
