Overview:

The E-commerce Manager at P&G is responsible for driving online sales growth, enhancing customer experience, and managing all aspects of account management strategy for P&G Health products across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy aligned with P&G's overall business objectives with Key Accounts across B2C, B2B and Omni channels
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Sales Management:

• Monitor and analyze sales performance on e-commerce platforms.
• KPIs & Goal setting of key customers and develop action plans to achieve them.

Platform Management:

• Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure product information is accurate and optimized for search engines.

Partnerships and Collaboration:

• Build strong relationships with e-commerce partners and retailers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, IT, and finance, to ensure seamless operations.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate reports.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management

Required Skills:

Job Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience, preferably in consumer goods/healthcare
