About the Role

The Central Delivery Excellence team plays a critical role in driving education transformation across state governments by ensuring high-quality project delivery, strong product adoption, and measurable impact on the ground.

This role operates at the intersection of delivery, data, product, and government engagement, acting as a bridge between internal teams and state stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end project delivery, revenue realization, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Objectives

• Drive education transformation through data-backed insights and solutioning
• Ensure end-to-end delivery aligned with contractual commitments and SLAs
• Support business growth and revenue realization
• Ensure high adoption and sustained usage of deployed products
• Generate actionable insights to drive policy and operational improvements
• Enable on-ground impact through stakeholder engagement and support

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery & Program Ownership

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple state-level projects
• Ensure timelines, quality standards, and contractual commitments are met
• Track delivery milestones and user engagement goals
• Lead risk management, issue resolution, and crisis handling

2. Insights & Data-Driven Decision Making

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and impact metrics
• Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving
• Translate data into clear dashboards, narratives, and recommendations
• Measure on-ground impact and program effectiveness

3. Government & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a key interface with state government stakeholders
• Present insights and recommendations to senior officials
• Support change management and adoption initiatives
• Build long-term, trust-based stakeholder relationships

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Tech, Product, Data, QA, Business, and Growth teams
• Translate state requirements into actionable deliverables
• Align internal execution with external delivery needs

5. Field Engagement

• Travel to state capitals and project locations regularly
• Work with on-ground teams to ensure implementation effectiveness
• Support training, feedback loops, and user adoption

Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree from a reputed institution
• Preferred: B.Tech / B.E / Masters degree
• Open to backgrounds in Economics, Statistics, Education, Public Policy, or Liberal Arts

Experience

• 510+ years of relevant experience
• Mandatory experience with government / public sector / education systems
• Prior experience in education, public policy, or social impact programs preferred
• Background in:
• Consulting / problem-solving roles
• Program management / delivery roles
• Data-driven / analytics environments
