ULS Pooling Private Limited specializes in reusable packaging and logistics asset pooling solutions. The company provides returnable packaging systems, pallet pooling, and long-term rental models to industrial and automotive customers, supporting supply chain efficiency and sustainability through circular logistics solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional with a strong background in logistics, returnable packaging, industrial packaging, or supply chain solutions.

This is a strategic individual contributor role focused on acquiring and developing large B2B accounts through consultative, long-cycle solution selling.

  • This position reports directly to the Managing Director and operates independently. There is no reporting team under this role at this stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers in Automotive, FMCG, Industrial, and Manufacturing sectors
  • Develop opportunities for FLC rental, pooling, and customized reusable packaging programs
  • Engage with Plant Heads, SCM Heads, Procurement, and Logistics teams
  • Structure commercial proposals including rental models and long-term contracts
  • Negotiate multi-year agreements
  • Build and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights

Candidate Profile

  • 510 years of B2B sales experience in logistics / returnable packaging / industrial solutions
  • Proven track record in handling enterprise clients
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills
  • Understanding of supply chain operations preferred
  • Exposure to automotive supply chains is an advantage
