About the Role

As a Senior Consultant in Learning & Capability Development at NIIT MTS, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of highimpact learning initiatives. Youll work closely with NIITs Center of Excellence teams to build learning solutions aligned with strategic business priorities. This is a highvisibility consulting role where youll influence capability strategy, shape learning portfolios, and contribute to longterm business impact.

How Youll Make an Impact

In this role, you will drive capability building and skill development initiatives aligned to business needs. You will serve as a trusted advisorproviding insights, thought leadership, and strategic recommendations to shape learning strategies and deliver measurable performance impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Alignment

Align learning strategies with organizational capability needs and business priorities.

2. New Learning Solutions Development

Lead consulting for new learning solutionsneeds analysis, scoping, design strategy (build/borrow/buy), and product development.

3. Agile Project Management

Manage endtoend learning product development using Agile methodologies; lead crossfunctional teams and ensure timely, highquality delivery.

4. Performance Consultancy

Define success metrics, measure ROI, analyze learning performance data, and recommend improvements.

5. Portfolio Management

Curate and manage capabilityaligned learning portfolios, ensuring relevance, modernization, and strategic alignment.

6. Customer Experience & Stakeholder Management

Engage stakeholders, gather feedback, ensure alignment, and maintain strong client relationships.

7. Quality & Risk Management

Maintain quality standards for learning solutions and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

What Were Looking For

• Prior consulting experience preferred
• Strong expertise in performance analysis and learning evaluation
• Experience managing complex projects
• Ability to work in ambiguity
• Willingness to travel when needed
• Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
• Proven stakeholder management capability
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM
• Strong understanding of AI applications in learning
• German proficiency (C2*) preferred

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field
• 810 years of relevant work experience
• Certifications in project management or Agile (preferred)
