What Youll Lead

• End-to-end project management from concept to completion.
• On-site supervision ensuring flawless execution and quality control.
• Coordinating with contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients with clarity and confidence.
• Preparing detailed drawings, BOQs, work schedules, and site reports.
• Ensuring design intent is executed with precisionevery line, corner, texture, and finish.
• Managing a design team and guiding junior architects with leadership and accountability.

What Were Looking For

• Min 7+ years of experience in architecture/interior design execution.
• Strong on-site troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent technical drawings + detailing expertise.
• Ability to handle premium residential & commercial projects.
• Strong communication, team leadership, and client-handling skills.
• Immediate availability to join the team.
• Must do Architecture course - B.Arch or M.Arch

Bonus Skills

• Experience working with design-led boutique studios.
• Ability to handle fast-paced, detail-heavy, high-aesthetic projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable materials and modern build technologies.
