We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who is as comfortable translating a client's lifestyle aspirations into a spatial narrative as they are managing multiple projects to timeline and budget. Role Description

The Senior Interior Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute high-quality design solutions, incorporating furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) selections that align with client needs and brand direction.

• Lead concept development for residential luxury projects from mood boarding and space planning through to furniture, material, and lighting specifications. Translate client briefs into cohesive design narratives rooted in 'quiet luxury' principles layered, considered, timeless
• Develop and present detailed design proposals including 2D layouts, 3D visualisations, material boards, and FFE schedules. Maintain Voxela's design standards across all touchpoints ensuring every detail reflects the brand's positioning.
• Own the client relationship from first design consultation through handover, delivering a premium, concierge-level experience. Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and aspirational outcomes.
• Coordinate with the in-house project management and procurement teams to ensure design intent is upheld on site. Source and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, and custom millwork balancing design quality with budget parameters.
• Conduct site visits during key stages to review execution quality and resolve design queries. Maintain accurate project documentation BOQs, procurement trackers, revision logs, and handover packages

Qualifications

• Expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning
• Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Hands-on experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and specifications
• Excellent project management and team coordination skills. Experience working on high-value turnkey projects with direct client exposure
• Strong creative vision with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; 3ds Max or Lumion is a plus
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
