Roles & Responsibilities:
Design Conceptualization: Develop creative and functional design concepts for various spaces in line with client requirements, budget, and project t
imelines.
Space Planning: Plan and design layouts that optimize space usage while maintaining aesthetics, functionality, and safety standards.
Material Selection: Select and source appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with the design vision.
Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, budget, and requirements, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Visualizations & Drawings: Create detailed 2D and 3D design in SketchUp, CAD drawings, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
Project Management: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications.
Site Supervision: visit project sites to monitor progress, as needed
Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices to bring fresh and modern ideas to projects.

Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a relat
ed field.
Experience: Minimum 1.5-2 years of experience for interior design role , with a strong portfolio of completed residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail in design aesthetics, space planning, and material selection.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve design and construction-related challenges on-site.
