What Were Looking For:

Were seeking a motivated interior designer with at least 5 years of experience who is looking for a change in not just a workplace but a mentality shift. If youre someone who values creativity, enjoys collaborating in a small team, and is ready to make an impact in a startup environment, wed love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Design Leadership: Taking a lead on converting client expectations and visions into designs that they can relate with

Client Consultations and relationship management: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts and communicate the value of the proposed solutions effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, provide feedback and foster a collaborative team environment

Technical Expertise: Developing detailed design plans, including layouts, 3D renderings, materials, and specifications, ensuring precision and adherence to project requirements

Trend Analysis & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology, and integrate innovative ideas into projects to maintain a competitive edge.

Sustainability & Best Practices: Advocate for sustainable design practices and ensure that all projects adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience designing and delivering residential/commercial interior design projects

Strong communication skills

Strong technical ability in 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Sketchup, Enscape or similar

Strong problem solving skills

We would prefer someone with an academic background in interior design, but if you are someone who is passionate about this field and has prior experience we would still love to hear from you.
