Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer and Architect located in Bangalore and Chennai. The role involves planning and executing creative interior design projects, developing architectural concepts, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, and overseeing space planning. The professional will also contribute to the selection of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) while collaborating with clients and team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional, innovative, and aesthetically appealing spaces
• Expertise in Architecture and the ability to conceptualize and design structures that meet client needs and align with project goals
• Strong skills in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings, adhering to architectural standards and specifications
• Experience with FF&E selection to ensure seamless integration of furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with design themes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams
• Proficient in relevant design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar applications
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field; professional certifications are an advantage
• Previous experience in a senior design or architectural role is highly preferred
