Role Description

The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative interior design solutions tailored to client needs.

Key responsibilities include space planning, creating detailed construction drawings, selecting materials, and overseeing FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment). The role also involves collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project completion while adhering to timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

Expertise in Interior Design, Space Planning, and Architecture is essential.

Supervising in creating and interpreting Construction Drawings and plans exactly as per 3d

Experience in the selection, procurement, and management of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment).

Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant tools.

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Prior experience in residential or commercial interior design projects is a significant advantag

Experience in Space Planning and Interior Design, with a strong understanding of aesthetics, functionality, and layout integration

Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications

Familiarity with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), including selection and procurement to align with project themes

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills

Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and manage client relationships

Knowledge of industry-specific design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)

Experience in residential or commercial design projects is highly valued
