Senior Interior Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer / Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential projects, strong design sensibility and knowledge of design software. You will be responsible for handling projects from concept to execution under minimalsupervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and translate them into design concepts.
• Prepare 3D views and material boards.
• Select materials, colors, finishes, and furnishings as per design theme.
• Visit sites for measurements, supervision, and quality checks.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Assist in budgeting, BOQ preparation, and project timelines.
• Present design ideas and updates to clients in meetings.
• Ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on design trends andnewmaterials.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum Two Years of Experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Enscape walkthrough, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes and space planning.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage timelines.
• Site supervision.
