Senior Integration Governance Specialist

About Position:

We are looking for a skilled WebMethods Developer to design, develop, and maintain integration solutions across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have 6 to12 years of experience in integration development, with strong hands-on expertise in WebMethods platforms.

What You'll Do:

• 7 to 10 years in integration, API management, or platform governance roles.
• Strong exposure to Azure-based integration architecture (APIM, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, ADF, Databricks etc).
• Experience with formal project reviews, architecture checklists, and governance enforcement.
• Proven ability to liaise with delivery teams, support solution design reviews, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Comfortable producing and managing reusable assets (guides, templates, dashboards).
• Familiarity with multi-region environments and distributed delivery models.
• API Design & Governance: Azure APIM, design standards, cataloging, versioning, security.
• Hybrid Integration: Integration patterns, cloud-native tools, basic understanding of Informatica or Logic Apps.
• Observability & Run Readiness: Logging, alerting, SLOs, metrics.
• DevOps Understanding: GitOps, CI/CD basics, test automation.
• Testing & Validation Tools: Postman, performance/security testing.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Designs programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs.
• Writes specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity.
• Works with client and management to resolve issues and validate programming requirements within their areas of responsibility Provides technical advice on complex programming.
• Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation.
