Were Hiring: Senior Recruiter India (Remote)

XML International is expanding its global recruitment operations and we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter based in India to support our delivery teams across multiple time zones.

This role is 100% remote and plays a critical part in ensuring faster operational execution during early hours, helping us move quickly on posting jobs, managing action items, and driving recruitment tasks before the European workday begins.

What Youll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for global roles (IT, digital, technical and corporate).
• Post job ads and activate early-day operational tasks aligned with India time zone.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across international markets.
• Partner with hiring managers and the global recruitment team to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure accurate ATS updates and reporting (JobDiva, Fieldglass, or similar tools).
• Execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, and networking channels.

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of recruitment experience (agency or RPO strongly preferred).
• Proven experience hiring IT and technical talent internationally.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment tools/ATS systems.
• Ability to work in a KPI-driven, fast-paced global environment .
• Availability to handle tasks early in the day (India AM) to support global operations.
