Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Visual Language & Consistency
- Own and maintain Nappa Doris visual identity across all design outputs.
- Ensure visual consistency across brand assets, campaigns, and communication channels.
- Translate brand guidelines into cohesive design systems across formats.
2. Campaign & Marketing Creative
Conceptualise and design creative assets for:
- Marketing campaigns
- Product launches
- Collaborations and brand partnerships
- Work with the marketing team to develop campaign storytelling through visuals.
3. Digital Design
- Design social media grids, posts, and digital marketing creatives.
- Develop visuals for:
- Website banners and digital campaigns
- Email newsletters
- Performance marketing creatives
- Ensure digital creatives align with the brands luxury positioning.
4. Print & Retail Creative
Design assets for:
- Packaging
- In-store displays
- Point-of-sale materials
- Event collateral
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure high-quality print execution.
5. Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, content, photography, and production teams.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation.
- Translate creative concepts into visually compelling design outputs.
6. Quality & Execution
- Maintain a high standard of design craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Ensure timely delivery of design assets while maintaining quality.
- Oversee final files, formats, and print/digital readiness.
