Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can think conceptually, execute fast, and raise the visual bar across brands. This role is not limited to executionyoull influence brand identity, mentor juniors, and collaborate closely with performance, content, and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute high-quality creatives for digital campaigns (Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, landing pages, websites, emailers, presentations)

Translate brand strategy and marketing goals into strong visual systems

Design ad creatives that convert , not just look good

Create and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across platforms

Lead creative direction for key client accounts

Review and improve work of junior designers

Collaborate with performance marketers to iterate creatives based on data

Work closely with copywriters, video editors, and UI/UX designers

Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines without quality drop

Must-Have Skills

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, layout

Experience designing performance marketing creatives

Ability to conceptualize campaigns, not just execute briefs

Strong portfolio showcasing branding + digital + ads

Attention to detail bordering on obsession (this is a compliment)

Good to Have (Big Plus)

Motion graphics / basic After Effects

Understanding of CRO, ad metrics, creative testing

Prior experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency
