What youll do for us

The responsibilities include end-to-end o9 solution configuration, implementation, analytics, testing of

solution and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Design

Participate in process and business requirements sessions. Document to-be business

process and requirements

Work with clients to collect data, such as sales, shipment, inventory, logistics, and other

supply chain data from sources like databases, Excel sheets, systems etc.

Participate in solution and technical design

Configuration

Work closely with architects to build datasets as per the solution design

Configure o9 user-interface, dimensions, measures, rules, plugins etc. using various tools

and techniques provided by o9

Data Analytics

Use mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization

algorithms and simulations to analyze, manipulate and interpret large enterprise data and

provide business insights and data visualization

Testing

Create and execute test-cases, document issues, and fix issue

Communication

Work with client cross-functional teams including IT and business stakeholders

Assist with Super User and End User training for a global user base

What youll have

Education:

Masters Degree. Degrees in the following fields: Operations Research, Mathematics, Science,

Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields (including

Supply Chain Engineering)

Experience:

Internship or projects in supply chain is preferred

Experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/

logistics domain with a focus on planning is preferred

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Knowledge of various statistical, optimization and simulation techniques

Statistical, optimization and simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS,

CPLEX or similar is preferred

Basic knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-

SQL or similar is required

Knowledge of Python is preferred

Knowledge of spreadsheets and software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), document

processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs), presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint) is required

Ability to work in teams, distributed across locations and time zones
