The Role: Senior Flutter Engineer
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Flutter Engineer to own our cross-platform mobile application stack for iOS and Android.
This is a high-ownership role where you will be critical in delivering multi-channel access and a seamless user experience, bringing the power of our AI-driven solutions directly into the hands of our diverse user base.

Experience Level: Senior (4+ years software engineering experience Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

Mobile Architecture & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end mobile architecture and technical roadmap for the Flutter application, ensuring a robust and scalable codebase.
AI Feature Integration: Integrate secure RESTful APIs and backend microservices, ensuring efficient data exchange for AI-powered features, including secure auth flows, offline sync, and caching strategies.
Deployment & Release Management: Lead the complete mobile application lifecycle, including rigorous testing, debugging, and managing production releases to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Performance & Testing: Define and implement an automated testing strategy (unit, widget, integration) and configure CI/CD pipelines for mobile releases. Instrument performance metrics, crash reporting, and analytics.
UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate closely with the UI/UX team to translate complex SaaS designs into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces.
Mentorship & Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive mobile best practices across the team.

Required Technical Skills & Experience

Experience : 48 years of software engineering experience, with 3+ year s building production Flutter 3 + applications.
Portfolio : A strong portfolio of successfully launched applications on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store with demonstrable contributions
Core Expertise : Expertise in the Dar t programming language and deep understanding of Flutter state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or equivalent) and architecture
APIs & Networking : Proficiency in integrating with backend RESTful APIs/gRP C, solid understanding of mobile networking, offline-first approaches, and secure storage
Architecture & Native : Experience designing modular mobile architectures and building native platform channels/integrations (Kotlin/Swift).
DevOps : Hands-on CI/CD experience for mobile (GitHub Actions, Codemagic, Fastlane or similar), release management, and version control (Git).

Nice to Have

Experience integrating on-device or server-side Machine Learning (ML).
Familiarity with telemetry (Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics), feature flags, and A/B testing.
Background in mobile security/compliance for enterprise applications.
