Senior executive-Collection

Job Description:

We are looking for a Collection Executive with prior experience in a digital marketing agency. The candidate will be responsible for timely collection of payments from clients and regular follow-ups to ensure outstanding dues are cleared as per agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients for pending payments via calls, emails, and meetings
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment-related issues
• Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding payments
• Ensure timely closure of invoices and reduce overdue amounts
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience as a Collection Executive, preferably in a digital marketing agency
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Good understanding of invoicing and payment cycles
• Ability to work independently and meet collection targets
