Senior Executive - PR

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Public Relations professional with strong experience in consumer-focused brands to lead and execute communication initiatives. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage PR programs, work across markets, and drive impactful storytelling aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with consumer brands or consumer-facing sectors, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal marketing teams and stakeholders to source relevant content and ensure effective execution of PR plans.
• Manage documentation and deliverables from PR agencies and internal teams, and develop content as required (press materials, messaging, communication assets).
• Take ownership of brand communication objectives, driving outcomes both independently and in collaboration with teams.
• Lead and manage PR initiatives end-to-end, ensuring strong follow-through and timely execution.
• Plan and execute internal communication initiatives for the brand, ensuring alignment and consistency across channels.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-market and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated communication activities.
• Monitor execution quality and ensure all communication efforts align with the overall brand narrative and goals.

Key Requirements

• 35 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably handling consumer brands / lifestyle / FMCG / retail sectors.
• Strong understanding of media landscape and storytelling for consumer audiences.
• Experience in working with multiple stakeholders (internal teams, agencies, global teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and strong ownership.
