Must Have:

1. End to end payroll experience on SAP Platform  and Reporting of payroll compliances
2. MS Office- Excel and strong Accounting knowledge
3. Analytical and problem solving skills for payroll variances and understanding system interfaces


Good-To-Have:

1.Global Payroll knowledge of major countries like Australia, UK , USA
2. Interpersonal and communication skills
3. SAP S4 HANA payroll experience or equivalent certification would be preferred.
