SGT University, a leading institution committed to excellence in education and research, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive HR to join our Human Resources team.

Position: Senior Executive Human Resources

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
• Handling employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Assisting in performance appraisal processes and HR audits
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and labor laws
• Addressing employee queries and supporting employee engagement initiatives
• Coordinating with academic and non-academic departments for HR-related matters

Eligibility Criteria:

• Masters degree in HR / Management or related field
• 35 years of relevant experience in HR operations (experience in University/Educational institutions will be an advantage)
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS
