Senior Executive - Human Resources

Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Data Analyst to support strategic decision-making through data insights. The role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting HR-related data to stakeholders, enabling evidence-based decisions in areas such as talent acquisition, attrition, performance, engagement, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and cleaning HR data from systems like HRMS, payroll, and surveys
• Support the creation and maintenance of HR dashboards and regular reports
• Track and report on HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, diversity, and recruitment funnel
• Help analyze data for HR programs including performance reviews, engagement surveys, and training
• Identify basic trends and patterns in HR data and share findings with the team
• Ensure data accuracy and follow data privacy guidelines
• Contribute to automating routine reports and improving reporting processes
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to understand data needs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce analytics, or a related data-focused HR role
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, HRIS platforms or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of statistical techniques, data modeling, and visualization
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
