Key Responsibility : Periodically review member compliance with SEBI directives (Acts, Rules, Regulations, Circulars).

Prepare and issue circulars promptly to communicate relevant information to members.

Draft Terms of Reference (ToR) for System, Cyber Security, and VAPT audits; select members for periodic audits.

Assess and review System, Cyber Security, and VAPT audit reports.

Handle cyber incidents reported by members and initiate necessary actions; review impact analyses.

Coordinate closely with the Information Security team, senior management, and stakeholders.

Conduct technology inspections of members jointly with SEBI; identify areas for automation.

Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and validate automation solutions.

Draft agenda items and prepare Action Taken Reports (ATR) for committee meetings; ensure comprehensive meeting preparation.

Implement and monitor recovery of penalties from non-compliant members; maintain records of levied, recovered, and pending penalties.

Monitor ongoing member compliance and maintain accurate records.

Generate and update MIS reports to provide insights into compliance status; circulate to stakeholders.

Prepare comprehensive reports for regulatory bodies and work with senior staff to finalize them.
