Engagement with HDFC Bank Branch stakeholders PL/BL/GL colleagues
For B3 engaging with HDB channel partner and stakeholders.
Driving SM team for business
Coordination with all stakeholders of bank / NBFC – Business & TPP
Monitoring team performance and driving team to achieve targets in a professional way
Focus on profitability / Engagement / Liaison with Bank stakeholders
Maintaining engagement targets with bank branch officials
Role include travelling and developing relationship in particular territory
Ensuring motivation of team and guiding them to achieve organizational goal
